Job Role:
Telesales – Sales Process (TATA 1MG)

Location:
Noida, Sector 62, Delhi / NCR

Job Responsibilities:

Handle telesales and sales process for TATA 1MG products.

Actively engage with customers to generate leads and close sales.

Provide accurate product information and resolve customer queries.

Work in collaboration with the sales and operations teams for smooth process execution.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualification:

HSC pass or Any Graduate / Undergraduate candidates eligible.

Skills Required:

Good communication skills in English.

Customer service and telesales experience (preferred but not mandatory).

Ability to work in rotational shifts from 6 AM to 12 AM.

Knowledge of B2C sales, voice process, and outbound calling.

Salary:
₹13,000 + Incentives
